Natural Genius Hair Salon

I got to sit in Demi’s chair and it was like having a cousin doing my hair. The shop is beautiful, good energy and the staff are comfortable to be around. It’s only day one, but my silk press feels amazing and my hair is alive! Will be back if the results stay the same❤️

2022 photo updates from June to October SHANICE is my stylist and helps me get creative with my styles every visit. I keep forgetting to add pictures after every visit but this shop is top notch! My appointments are always on time and I am never rushed. This is the best braiding shop in Fayetteville.

I have loose natural hair, though their specialty is locs, I got a really good shampoo/condition as well as a really good trim to take off my damaged ends. Some other salons are too hesitant to take off what needs to go and you end up with dry, faster breaking hair in the long run.

Ms. Denise provided excellent service of a texturize. She is a kind, considerate, professional person. I was not happy sitting in the wash chairs. The chair that was available was extremely uncomfortable when she washed my hair and my neck was hurting. The bottom part of the chairs were coming apart. Then the other washer chair became available and it was a little better. The owner of the hair salon should replace the chairs at the washer sink across from Ms. Denise workstation immediately.

First Impressions are everything!!!! Based on the reviews i decided to book an appointment. I was surprised they had an available appointment for the next day. I arrived to the appointment 5-10 minutes early and was informed by Denise that she was behind, when I asked how long, she stated a hour. If I arrived late for the appointment, I would’ve been made to reschedule so, how is this courteous to the client?? It is unprofessional especially when you have a client’s number and you know you have a scheduled booking. I would never spend my money here.
