An amazing hair wash comes with the service, my locs feel so clean and light after the method Bruce used when cleaning them. Nyima styled my hair efficiently and graciously saved some locs that I thought were goners. The salon was quaint and the regulars made it feel homey too.I’m thankful to have found a place where I know my hair is in good hands and being taken care of.

Nyima & Tiffany was customer friendly and very informative.I decided to get all my damaged hair cut off(1inch), instead of slowly but like having the choice. I've been natural for 11 years but never been to a salon for natural until yesterday. I used a shower cap & a sleep cap (free of charge by Natural Fact Hair Studio) but some of my coils unraveled in the back. I'm not sure if they will last 3-4 weeks but for how much I paid I will push for it. Second day I woke up with a brick red like color on my white pillow case. I haven't added anything to my hair just put the sleep cap on at night. Half of the coils in the back unraveled and a few on the side. Doubt this will last,hopefully I can get 2 weeks out of the $100 coils I paid for that was said to last for 3-4 weeks.

Love, love, love, this salon. Shampoos are legendary! Nyima is professional, patient, and an expert in hair care. High quality service and feels like home.

My stylist is the BEST! The atmosphere in this salon is like no other. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. I have been tender headed all my life and I remember the first time I met Nyima and told her this truth about my scalp. She was ready and able so I could relax and did not leave her presence hurting lol. I for one am very glad to have found this place even with it being on the other side of the city. I travel for the best!
