Derek is an awesome massage therapist. He often checks to make sure the pressure was good. Very professional. Victoria was just as awesome with my pedicure. I had to apologize for the the snoring. Very relaxing pedicure. No rushing - just full pampering. Con - I think the prices for both services could decrease a little, or add some of the extra items (i.e., warm towels (massage) & calluses treatment (pedicure) in the price instead charging extra.

This was my first massage at this establishment, and it was amazing! The young lady at the front was very friendly & immediately greeted me and escorted me to the waiting area. My Masseuse was Nathan, and he provided a top-notch experience! Nathan provided outstanding customer service, from his friendly demeanor, to applying just the right amount of pressure, and making sure to focus on any areas that were especially riddled with knots. He was a gentleman and an excellent listener, and he made sure to check in for any changes that might be needed surrounding level of pressure, temperature of the table heating pad and/or the heated rocks that were utilized during the massage. Went to the spa for a mani and pedi session. The nail tech was wonderful 10 stars for her and the service! It was calm, relaxing, serene and most important she did a fantastic job. The bathroom was not very clean. The products in the bathroom smelled old/rancid. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shelves and sink were dusty. I was surprised. It should have been in top shape. When I checked out to pay. The cashier was condescending in tone and seemed to act as if she was so knowledgeable in the field of beauty. It was almost rude, but I realize she perhaps was young and immature so I laughed it off. They just need better training and interpersonal skills instead of sales tactics. I was grateful for the experience and would go again. The price was reasonable and fair.

I received a Summer Escape massage package +add on of back sugar scrub that was really nice and relaxing. It put me to sleep literally. Afterwards I received a signature mani/pedi ($80) and chose a nail polish from the line Dazzle Dry that boasted lasting 2 weeks and tries in 5 minutes and was supposed to be a healthier option than gel etc. this was a $15 up charge and I was charged an additional $20 to have gel polish removed from my toes. I already knew about the add on of $15 for paraffin treatment on my feet, so I paid $140 for a mani/pedi and unfortunately 1 day later my polish that was supposed to last 2 weeks without chipping has unfortunately started to chip. I have not been doing anything strenuous, only washing my hands and bathing since I got them done 1 day ago. I do recommend

It was my first time at this spa, which I randomly found on Google. Based on the reviews and ratings, I booked the only appointment that evening with Reggie. So glad I went, I feel so relaxed and feel flexible. Reggie showed me some stretches to help, since it was obvious I have an office job based on my tight muscles in my neck haha. Definitely planning on coming back, but definitely for a 90 min massage. Edit: I was welcomed by a sweet lady, who offered water. Check in and out was a major breeze.
