I had a massage and facial here today, and I’m beyond satisfied — truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The staff were kind, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. My massage was incredibly relaxing and relieved so much tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. The facial left my skin glowing, refreshed, and cared for. Everything felt thoughtful and personalized.

This should actually be 3.5 stars—not bad, not great. My actual massage was fabulous. I do however have to knock points for my overall experience. When I checked in, I was guided half-way down a hall and pointed in the direction of a sofa at the end of a hallway as my waiting space. Instead of this being a comfortable experience, I was well aware that immediately to my left (at the EDGE of the sofa) was the door to a treatment room…so when the aesthetician and client would walk out of their session. I would be right in their face. And immediately to my right was a storage space partitioned off with curtains that just don’t close all the way. My husband surprised me with a spa day and this was the perfect place. I had an amazing massage and facial and other treatments. My esthetician went above and beyond by going through my skin regimen we decided together how to move forward with enzymes and derma-planing which I had never done. My lip and eye treatments also. I have very chapped lips. The treatment she did completely got rid of any dead skin and they were plump. I left there feeling like a super model and all of my friends asked what I had been using because I had such a glow and not one wrinkle. I am not discounting my amazing so perfect massage. Scheduled a last minute birthday massage with Alice. This was my first time visiting. I was a little surprised that there were no locker rooms where you change and leave your belongings or clothes, but not a deal breaker obviously. I was greeted quickly and warmly, everything appeared clean and quiet. Very relaxing atmosphere. Alice brought me back, left the room while undressed after explaining everything. I had an hour massage and it was great, very relaxed afterwards and would definitely go see Alice again.

Had a wonderful experience here. Went to get a facial for my birthday. Victoria was very kind and great at communicating what was going to happen. She took notes and gave suggestions for the next time. I left feeling so much better and my face was brighter. Can't wait to go back!
