Coming from the city, I was in a town I’ve never been in with my sister and 5 month old nephew. I saw this little mini mall and thought surely someone here must have a bathroom we can use (it was abouta be an emergency). I walked in and was instantly greeted so kindly. When I asked to use the bathroom the woman didn’t even let me finish before being like of course!!!!! She was so kind it felt like I was back at home with my grandma. I’ve never got my hair done here but that simple act of kindness and her attitude about it makes me want to try them out and I cannot wait to do so🫶🏼
