I purchased a new splash hot tub from this business. I have had 3 major leaks in the pipes, motor and a sensor in the first year. The owner has been rude when i have called during business hours to purchase parts. I will update this review if he the owner responds to my inquiries. Will try again 12/18/18. If no update to this review my advice is dont make the mistake i did and lose thousands. Buy from a trusted dealer. Not this guy.

I have been dealing with this company close to 20 years. During that time I have purchased a couple hot tubs, plus filters and a few parts. I have called with questions and always received help. Even called once while he was on vacation. Service has always been great.

These folks are knowledgeable and earnestly helpful. We’ve bought many parts for our SofTub from them since 2010, including a replacement liner, and have always been happy with their customer service and product quality.

Ray sold us our beautiful hot tub almost 10 years ago. Service has been great and response time very quick. The tub is still going strong and we are very happy.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The gentleman I spoke with has horrible communication skills and is extremely disgruntled. He raised his voice multiple times after explaining something and said he didn’t have time for this. Stay away and purchase from someone who knows how to talk to a human being.
