National Holistic Institute - Redding Massage School

The staff and teachers are kind and understanding. They truly feel like they’re there to see you succeed. A great place to kick off your massage career and get some continuing education!

I was reccomend by a friend who graduated this program. Unfortunately I will not be going. After having a conversation with Matt an "instructor". It's not worth my time to drive to redding to get a massage that I don't know the style of. Per Matt " that's why the prices are so cheap". I understand they are students but I've never been to the beauty college and be expected to pay for a service and receive what they want to give me. I've been told they work on different modules for months at a time so this shouldn't be a secret. I would not reccomend.

I absolutely love the National Holistic Institute in Redding! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about massage therapy. The program has been such a life-changing experience for me, and the environment here fosters both personal and professional growth. That said, I do wish they would consider offering the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy (ANMT) program at the Redding campus. It’s something I’m very passionate about pursuing, but traveling to the Sacramento campus would be a significant hardship for me. Still, I’m going to do my best to make the trek because I truly believe in the value of the training NHI offers. This school is a wonderful place to begin your journey as a massage therapist—just hoping one day they expand more of their advanced offering

Great schooling, the teachers at Redding campus is amazing! They teach you so much well having a lot of fun doing it! I love the clinical’s as well where students get to practice on you for cheap!! Thank you NHI staff for making Redding campus amazing!

Jayme was the best massage I have had at the school. The massage itself was wonderfully relaxing. The therapist took the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort, ensuring that the treatment was tailored to my needs. The pressure was perfect—firm where necessary, but never too intense—and it was clear the therapist was highly skilled, knowing exactly how to target areas of tension and promote relaxation. As the session went on, I felt my muscles gradually release the built-up stress, and by the end, I felt lighter and completely at ease. Not only did it provide physical relief, but it also left me with a deep sense of mental calmness. Thank you for the amazing experience and hope I am able to get another massage by you before you graduate.
