Natalie's Salon & Spa

I have been going to Natalie for over 5 years, after my husband recommended her to me. She has a loyal customer base and it is easy to see why. She gives great haircuts and helps give suggestions that fit your lifestyle and look. She is so personable and makes every haircut feel like a unique personalized experience. Even before COVID-19, she would frequently schedule her clients customer’s haircuts so that you were the only person in the studio with her. She takes cleanliness very seriously and has stepped up her cleaning after COVID-19. I recently took my 18mo daughter to her, and she did an amazing job for my child’s first haircut. Overall, I recommend Natalie highly - I will continue to go to her for years to come!

I discovered Natalie a LONG time ago--20 years now. I can't say enough about Natalie, all of which was also true about her sister Lan when she was with us. Let's let my commitment to them tell the story. I moved from Alexandria years ago, but still go back if I'm in DC. When I lived nearby, I would drive nearly three hours one way to get my hair cut. Best service and quality ever!!!

This was my first time at Natalie's Salon and Spa. I found them online googling for a good salon because I was in dire need of a hair style change. The first thing I noticed was they had clients coming back for years so I figured I would give them a try. They did not disappoint. Friendliness/Customer Service - When I first walked in, Natalie greeted me by name without looking at a book. They had a few long time customers come in and had great rapport with them. I don't think I have ever felt more comfortable at a salon --- both Natalie and Lana are very down to earth and so friendly and enjoy what they do and their customers. Also, when Natalie was doing my hair, she was always made sure I was comfortable physically and also with how the cut was progressing. Cleanliness/Atmosphere -

I had called politely asking about there refill rates and the lady who picked up rudely told me that they do not do refills. I will never step foot here.

Great experience with Natalie! Salon is beautiful and clean.
