The consultation with the stylist was rushed and the stylist tried to push different things onto us than what my family and I wanted. When she cut my sister's hair, it was uneven. When she cut mine, she didn't shampoo it or wet it (a stylist is supposed to wet a client's hair to make the hair completely straight and even) and she didn't cut off all of my dead ends. My mother's hair turned out white in some places and the stylist didn't color all of the hair, leaving some grays. My mother wanted an ash brown color, but she got blonde streaks and choppy-looking hair. The stylist was rough with all three of us (she pulled our hair when she brushed it). I just moved to the area and was looking for a new hair salon. I saw the good reviews on-line for Natalie's and decided to try it. This was the 1st salon I have tried in Hampstead and it will be my last! I love my haircut and will definitely be going back.

Natalie is a wonderful hairdresser. I have very thick, wavy hair and is is hard to find someone who can cut it correctly - Natalie does! Her prices are very reasonable too.

Natalie has been styling my hair for 30 years! Drive two hours to have her cut, and highlight my hair! Best salon ever!
