The worst customer service .. i had services from them some months ago and it was fine. I then booked an appointment and confirmed it . She then sent me a text asking of i could move it and i said fine. I got text and email confirmation that day with the services i had asked for listed in the confirmation. Then the day before i received this email and text “ Tony, your appointment for Monday, September 22, 2025, at 9:30 AM is canceled. Our services are strictly limited to the posted list, and your recent request falls outside that scope. We will not schedule future appointments. Natalie Waxing Studio I tried several times to get a clarification and but no response. So not only did she cancel my appointment but she says she will not schedule any more appointments with me . Bizarre 🤨
