I agree with the low ratings—The stylists spend alotta time gossiping. I gave this place 3 chances, hoping to get it right, and each time the color was off—and a simple haircut ended up uneven or poorly blended. A Med Spa once operated there, which was cool to get a full beauty experience, but after hearing the stylist's chatter, it came to a sour end. Which is too bad-to get hair done, and tox or laser one door down was truly unique and awesome. They’ve since relocated and seem to be doing well. Draw your own conclusions there. The owners seems to take criticism as an attack. Perhaps a social media company should be utilized —trying to intimidate reviewers isn’t exactly a strategy for attracting new clients. Here were my chief complaints: 1.Really really dirty salon. Not only does everything look dated, but completely out of fashion, like they let a builder from the 90s decide on the decor. Bathrooms and spray tan rooms were also covered in a film of ick. 2. Bad hair coloring, roots weren't lifted and had to find another stylist to fix what was done. 3. And all they do is sit around and gossip about each other and their clients. Fairly toxic energy. To end on a good note, I was able to get in right away, and they have tanning. Also, because of their awfulness, was able to find a really great stylist in town, Heather Naylor. She's sincerely the best in town to do blondes. Color Me By Heather. Chelsea is amazing! I’ve always come to tan at Natalie K Salon but have recently started getting my hair done there. Chelsea is very knowledgeable and is so patient when I don’t know what I want! LOL. I would highly recommend her!❤️

All of my services here were great! I appreciate the staff going above and beyond everytime I’m here ! I’ve been a client for years and never a bad experience with any of the girls. Such a shame people would leave fake reviews because they are mad about reasons that do not pertaining to the hair or tanning salon
