It took a few tries to get in touch (finally connected via text, which was nice), but the experience was worth it! The receptionist was so sweet, and Natacha was amazing. I loved the heated massage table—such a nice touch! I have a lot of neck and upper back pain from work, and her massage was incredible. The place is spotless, and I originally found them through Groupon. Totally worth it—will definitely be back!

Highly recommend Flor. She gave me a full massage and I loved her services. The staff was super friendly. I'll be back. I couldn't leave her a tip leave because I didn't see her again when I left, but I left it in the front desk box.

Pressure was way too light. Couldn't tell that I got a massage, afterwards. The lady giving me the massage was extremely nice. That helped quite a bit.

From the moment you step into her serene space, you're greeted with warmth and tranquility. Natacha genuinely cares for her clients, and creates a very relaxing experience. I came to NHS after grabbing a deal on Groupon. The reviews for Natacha Stival seemed good so I took a chance. There were some issues: 1. Getting a hold of them was very difficult. Called, emailed, and messaged them but it took them about a week to call back or respond. 2. When I went to the massage parlor, I was not assigned Natacha as my masseuse. I got Flor instead. 3. There was no consulting or intros, no questions about which areas needed to be worked on. 4. Now on to the MASSAGE ITSELF. Flor was very inconsistent, she would massage some areas on one side but not the other. The worse part was SHE WAS ON HER PHONE for most of it. She would pause, do stuff on her phone, then resume. Then she would massage with one hand while doing stuff on her phone with the other hand! I was not re
