Absolutely atrocious experience. I genuinely can’t believe how badly this place operates. I came in with high hopes after hearing decent things, only to be met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Yes, the stock was okay and they had variety, but the pricing was an absolute joke—you can get the exact same items online for significantly less. But honestly, the prices weren’t even the main issue. The real problem is how disgustingly my friend and I were treated from the second we stepped inside. We walked in 30 minutes before closing, fully aware of the time, ready to shop quickly and respectfully. Instead, we were immediately treated like criminals. My total came to $23.32. I gave them $40 which means my change would be $16 and change. Why is the man acting like $6.70 is the correct change?? Y’all come here opening up business in neighborhoods you’re not from and disrespect the residents. I’ll never come back here again

This store has so many professional nail products to prepare you for State Board examination. Mannequins hands Kiara Sky DND stocked with products in all sizes to do pedicure acrylic nails sculptured nails gel nails. Rhinestones beads glitter drill bits nail stickers the list goes on. They are open to the public no license required. Simply put NAIL HEAVEN with Wonderful workers that will help you at any time. I travel almost 1hr just to shop here. No place like it!

Apon reading past and previous reviews, I see that the customer service has done nothing more than, decline. The customer service REALLY NEEDS improvement. Im currently looking for other suppliers. On the up side the store does carry a plethora of products.

First and last time going a month ago. No one greeted me when I walked in which then and there I should’ve thought differently about spending my hard earned dollars there. When I did have a question I was met with a standoffish attitude from one of the employees. I honestly went here trying to go to another nail supply store closer to Lanham. I wish I could figure it out cause had I did I would’ve never been here. Also the fact they don’t offer a cosmetology license discount but are selling cosmetology grade items? Yeah, no thank you. Store was neat and had a lot of things but I prefer friendly customer service overall if I’m bothering to come in person to a store.
