Hey everyone, you know me and I don't pull any punches when I go places. 4Well as a Philadelphian bout to move to Georgia. My first outing was to a restaurant, although I don't like ppl playing in my hair, these ladies, yes ladies can play in my hair any day. I've seen firsthand the lock that is very firm and neat, all my cousins and even I am very intrigued with locks now!! You have to meet these hard-working lock masters!!!🤯💣💥🌹

I’ve been using Dimplezz for years and I will say she is by far the best stylist I’ve met, but she lacks professionalism and punctuality. I would book an appointment months in advance just for me to show up and she’s not at the shop. And when I reach out to her, it’s always “I’m out of town”. When was she going to let her customer know? When she actually reaches out to reschedule, it’s 3 hrs before your appointment and you gotta wait a whole month later to get your hair done. On top of that, she has the audacity to expect you to pay full price for her services after she inconvenienced you. If you want someone who doesn’t care about your time and reschedule your appointments fifty eleven times, please reach out to Nappy Rootz. At least your hair will be on point, if it ever gets done.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Being that I’m one month in on my loc journey, I’ve already found my loctician home for life! Ty did such a great job with my first wash and retwist and also educated me on how to maintain my locs. I love this place, it’s BLACK OWNED and I love the vibe.. everyone is so kind and genuine! The women are is so down to earth and seeing how they connect with their clients/regulars is so heartwarming to find a business where the employees actually love what they do. Nappy Roots isn’t just a hair salon, it’s an experience. Tyanna I’ll see you in a couple months girl! Thank you!!

This hair oil is AMAZING and it smells sooooo good! It’s not heavy and overly greasy. It leaves my hair soft with an amazing lemon smell. I use it every other day to condition my hair. I have also noticed an abundance of new hair growth. Thank you so much for this product and I will def keep it in my beauty regimen.
