What a wonderful elegant place and experience. With all smiles and good vibes ! My mother in law gushed how she was treated like a queen. The smell was intoxicating as she smiled and showed off her style called Bob her hair in locks .this place is rather new about 7 months and a place like this is much needed. The appointment made with Kareem was flawless and informative. And the stylist was amazing and a artist with her hands. One of the business owners Annette was very helpful and engaging. The wonderful smell was jasmine.

Awesome from start to finish⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️BedStuy I booked an appt Friday night for Saturday morning as my first time with NappStar. I walked in right at opening and was assisted right on time. The salon quickly filled up with other patrons. At first I was a bit nervous about timing because I had another engagement, but was reassured during a personal assessment by a Manager that I would be done and out in time. Loved the playlist playing in the background and the speed of service was spectacular. My stylist (I forgot to ask her name) was gracious with her work and not rough or too tight with retwisting. I’m very picky about letting anyone in my locs, so it’s been rough finding a new salon since recently relocating to NY. Very happy I came across NappStar and will surely be returning.

Amazing service! They were very prompt. My hair came out really nice. My hairstylist Amirah reconstructed and reconnected some locs I was having issues with. They came out great. I also got to speak with one of the owners, she was very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Nappstar for several years and have always enjoyed my service there. The stylists are on time, skillful and care about the health of my locs.

I was very happy when the Brooklyn salon opened since it's closer to me. The stylists are always very professional and the service is consistently good.
