Poor service did what she wanted on my nails then proceeded too say “I don’t do fancy nails” girl what ? French tips fancy ?? I’m so confused . I have bubbles all in my nails then she got the nerve too get an attitude bc I said some will NEVER come back again .

worst experience I have ever had. I went in for a refill, and a trim. he cut my nails so short they were the length of my real nails. his machine was broke that they use the thin out your nails instead of moving me to a new seat where it wasn't broke he left my nails so thick it looks like I have gunk piled on top of my nails. he was rude on top of it and my nails are all different shapes and sizes. I wish I could take them off right now. if I could rate it less than one I most definitely would.

worst experience ever. waxed my eyebrows but did not let the wax cool down before putting it on my eyebrows. and they are swollen because of it. they ended up way thinner than i wanted them. plus when i walked in it smelt like mold. never going here again.

Awful experience! Pedicure was ok but acrylic nails are pitiful! They redid them twice and still bad! Couldn't do french manicure bc they were so bad! Going today, different place ro have redone! So disappointed!

Horrible!!!! I went in to have a pedicure done - the wait was long which I was okay with because it's Sunday evening amd most nail shops are closed- I had began to get my pedicure and noticed the utensils the man was using to clean my cuticals with had aa prior customers built up dead skin residue I MEAN A BIG VISIBLE CAKED UP RESIDUE! I ASK HIM WERE THEY USED AND HE SAID YES HE WAS SORRY AND TRIED TO CONTINUE THE PEDI WITH NEW ONES- By that time i was turned off from it- HOW UNSANITARY- Be careful with this place they do not even follow basic sanitation laws and should not be open fpr business to expose people to things but being UNSANITARY!
