It is such a pleasure visiting the Naples Wax Center - Midtown location when booking with esthetician Jacky! She's very personable and friendly. Creating a calm environment and you can tell she wants the client to have the best experience. She is especially good at the chin wax for me personally. I always look forward to our next sessions.

Been going to Naples Wax Center for probably close to 6-7 years now, girls at the front desk always super friendly and helpful when I call to accommodate scheduling. Whitney is the only waxer I trust with my brows she is hands down the best! Poor technique and mediocre service. Was in and out of my Brazilian appointment in 10 minutes with too much hair left on me. I was warned that not everything was taken off, but was not expecting how much was left behind. I have lazer so it should be an easy appointment for the esthetician. I don’t have this issue anywhere else. The first timer discount is not worth a poorly done service - will not be back

First impression was just ok. Front desk girls had me sign in and Waxer seemed nice, not sure her experience level. But, 5 days later, I noticed she missed quite a bit of hair. This is my 4th Brazilian and have never had this issue. So I called the spa letting them know that I realize this and the girl on the phone told me that they had a three day touchup policy. She said I would have to pay the Full price for a Brazilian even though they obviously did not do quality work the first time. I won’t be coming back and I would suggest others to find a more professional establishment with better policies.
