The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very pleasant. Even though there were a few minor hiccups with the X-ray, the team was attentive, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The doctor was great as well—confident and clear with the diagnosis, and he provided a helpful timeline along with different treatment scenarios. Overall, a very positive experience.

Ellen is now probably one of my favorite hygienists. All of my stains were taken care of and I’ve never seen or felt my teeth so clean after a cleaning before… She did not hold back on the fluoride treatment, which I prefer. One of my favorite cleanings that I’ve ever had.

I’ve always had great experiences at this office, especially with my usual hygienist Randy, who is thorough, gentle, and professional. Unfortunately, my appointment today with Ellen was very disappointing. The appointment started off uncomfortable when she questioned, in a rude tone, why I was coming every 3 months as a “periodontal patient.” I explained that I’m not a periodontal patient — I maintain 3-month cleanings due to heavy staining from tea and coffee, which I’ve established with my regular hygienist, Randy. The way it was addressed felt dismissive. The cleaning itself felt rushed and aggressive. The polishing was very rough, and the ultrasonic scaling was uncomfortable to the point that my gums were cut on the lingual side of my front teeth. She also touched drawers and surfaces

It was a very nice place. The people that work there were always really nice. The doctor was very informative. Always letting me know what was next. The only thing it took to long with the insurance to clarify they would take it. It's on the website that they take United Concordia. That's why I went there. It all turned out well. I would go back.

A total money grab. Trying to insist on services not needed. I waited to do this review until I saw another dentist who assured me the items they were trying to push upon me were totally unnecessary. Because they are run by corporate they have minimums to meet. I would not trust the opinions of this office.
