Nannys nail salon

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Tonight I got my nails done at Nanny’s salon in Wilson Point. The salon was so cute, inviting and clean. She took her time and made sure she did what I was looking for and the price was WELL-WORTH the service. I absolutely will be back!

My daughter had an appointment at 1:00 to get her nails done for her homecoming. My daughter showed up almost 10 minutes early and we did till 15 minutes past her appointment time. No one was at the shop nor did they answer the phone or text. An hour and a half after her appointment they finally answer when I called again. Then they lied and said we were there till 1:30 and no one showed up. I work right around the corner and went and looked it was all shut up. What poor customer service this is especially for a business just trying to get established in a small knit community. Really disappointed with how everything went down with this appointment. Especially after I spoke to the owner less than a week ago and we're all excited.
