Yesterday I went for a haircut, and the woman who did it was very unprofessional. I asked for a specific cut, but she did something completely different. When I noticed and asked her to fix it, she said she wasn’t going to do extra work, even though I never asked for that style.

I absolutely love the ladies. Lucia has been my hair stylist since I was 14years old and now she does my daughters hair. Lucia is the only one that I trust to cut my daughter's hair.

This salon was a life saver for me. about a week ago due to personal problems and neglect on my end I woke up with terrible. Knots in my hair which took years to grow I thought I could take care of the problem with conditioners home and other products, but the more things I used the worst the problem got to a point that my hair got so noted it felt like I had a tumor on my hair that’s how bad it got;I was devastated and thought I’m going to loose the long hair that took me so long to grow; even thought I blame myself for the neglect I realized not only I’m I going to have to have cut so short but it would be short like a boy cut; when I finally realized that I could not take care of the problem myself I finally decided to go to Naxos salon on church avenue in Brooklyn; I was so embarrasse

I’ve tried this place a couple of times to give them a second chance, but it was miserable both times. They’re rough- the lady pulled my hair hard while washing, used hot water without checking water temperature and pulled hard on my hair again to comb my hair. They also charged me twice the listed price based on what another lady told the hairdresser. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be charged for extra services you didn’t even ask or pay double listed price.

For some reason, these hairdressers don’t want to do what you ask for. I went in a few months ago to bleach my hair, and they kept trying to convince me that’s not what I wanted. After some arguing, they finally agreed and quoted me a reasonable price. My hair ended up two different colors, so they had to fix it and charged me more because of their error. I gave them a second chance (not sure why now) and went back in yesterday to have my roots done. I told them they needed to bleach it, but they refused. So they applied dye only and the roots didn’t match. They tried to tell me it was “close enough.” I insisted that they fix it. They did so very reluctantly, all the while rudely complaining about me to each other in Spanish. Then they tried to charge me extra because they had to do it tw
