I was thrilled to discover a nail salon that initially met my needs after moving to the area. Unfortunately, over time, the service has declined. If you're looking for intricate designs or any special treatments, this salon may not be the best fit for you. Kevin, the owner, is friendly, but his sister's attitude leaves much to be desired. I've never seen her smile, and she often seems irritated by any request, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that makes it intimidating to ask for what you want. Recently, I experienced a fungal infection under my nail after visiting this salon, and their response was dismissive, claiming it was nothing serious. I've been getting my nails done here forever and never leave disappointed. Great prices, services, and staff. I get complimented on my nails multiple times a day. So easy to book appts. I just text a day or two before I want to come and they always get me in and work with me. 💅🏼🩷

This is the best nail shop i’ve ever gone to. My sister and I both got our nails done. The staff was really nice and funny. My nails turned out amazing and just like the picture i wanted, the prices were so cheap, and the music they played was great also. I will be a returning customer!

My first time going to Nancy's nails was Sept 19th 2022 and I had no real issues besides having to change my color to something else because their color was too old and just generally feeling rushed. My last time was October 20th 2022. I had a gel manicure and was happy with the results but later that same day my thumb nail chipped and the day after one of my other nails chipped and i attached pictures of that. I tried to contact for a fix the day after I got the first chipping via text and I was told to hurry up to the store and I didn't like being talked to like I needed to fit into their schedule when I shouldn't have to go for a fix THE DAY AFTER getting it done. I could have gotten there in less than 10 minutes and I clearly indicted that, to then be texted "get here quickly" "now" so

This was my first time coming here, and believe me, it's now going to be my regular spot!! I have ridiculously small nails and she took her time to make sure they looked perfect and without hurting me.. They came out great and I recommend this place to anyone!! Very pleasant people!!
