Nancy Nails

I been going to Nancy’s for years literally and when I tell you the services went downhill it’s very disappointing! Customer service sucks, when you walk in no one greets you or even acknowledges you till they are done Wyeth a previous customer smh. I hope this place gets better!

Owner and staff are very kind and friendly. Nail tech and I had some communication issues, and my nails did not come out the way I wanted them to. The owner asked me to come back in, and he and the nail tech both fixed up my nails. This shop is a bit on the pricier side; I was told $60 including a design I wanted, but the design was never done and I was still charged $60 for full set acrylic with solid gel color.

One woman did my gel pedicure, another did my gel manicure. The woman who did my pedicure did a good job, but it was the worst gel manicure of my life lol. The polish was off of my nail and on my skin.. very messy. It started chipping maybe 3 days after I got it done. Then after about a week, it started peeling off..😭 Also, she barely did anything to my cuticles at all. I ended up getting them redone at another salon after about 10 days, and the woman there was laughing about how poorly this salon did my nails😅😅 Maybe i just got unlucky with who i got, because the woman who did my pedicure did well

Hannah Le she is an ok nail tech she needs to care about customers real nail not just services I came with healthy nails now I have fungus on two of my nails I asked her about it she said just wait for it to grow out no type of treatment nothing I should’ve known better her teeth look like their rotting outta her mouth so y did I expect her to keep my real nails healthy Hannah doesn’t care about her oral health she don’t care if she damage your real nails polish job horrible nail polish looks very thick my gel nail polish is peeling off meaning my nails was not completely dry this happened on several occasions n I’m paying 15$ for gel polish to peel off I’m very disappointed I feel like I wasted my money

Super friendly ladies and good prices! My dip manicure only took about 30min and looks fantastic! Will definitely go back
