I had an amazing experience at this braiding shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The stylist was not only talented but also very gentle and efficient. She took her time to make sure my braids were neat, evenly parted, and exactly how I wanted them. I really appreciated how clean and organized the shop was, and the customer service was top-tier. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair already! If you’re looking for quality braids, great prices, and excellent service, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back

BOOK WITH THEM!! So i got scammed by these fake braiders too many times online that i looked up an African braiding shop and im so glad i went back to my roots. YES they braid tight but they will leave your edges out if you tell them or section it out. They take cash only and u pay upfront so no deposit wash and blow drying included if you ask them. Show them a pic and they will get as close to it as possible u just have to be clear on what you want. Fastest i ever had small braids done on my VERY thick hair…. 6 hours!! They let me eat and my family could sit in. They don’t have 100+ policy rules and ways for them to take your money and still not do your hair cause you (broke a rule). All i had to do was call and tell them what i wanted and when I'm coming! So much better than these depos

AWFUL JUST AWFUL....This is by far the worst braiding service Ive ever received from a african braiding shop. I recently came here to get micro braids but instead I got huge, lumpy, and sloppy box looking braids with crazy glue used at the ends, which I didnt think shops still used to secure the ends. Especially when I bought human hair which cost me $200 and the so called micro braids cost $200, honestly the job that was done should've been $30 only for the hours put out. That's definitely not an exaggeration!!!!! Speaking of hours I have never had micros that took almost 5hours to do and that's with taking 30mins to eat lunch. They are very unprofessional I didnt even get a good morning or nothing when I made the appointment she didnt bother to ask my name phone number nothing just said

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all they don’t greet you I had to say hello then they changed the prices on medium braids when what u got was small they said 250 then when I got there it was 10 extra. Then she had to “eat breakfast first” and didn’t start on my hair until an hour later. I should’ve left. Then they were TOO TIGHT. Just an unpleasant experience. I will never go here again. Do not come here.
