My daughter wanted to get lash extensions, so I decided to join her, though I was very hesitant since I usually prefer a natural look and this was my first time getting them done. Nami patiently answered all of my questions before the appointment and really put me at ease. As soon as we walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The studio was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I was extremely happy with my classic dark brown lashes. They looked natural and beautiful. My daughter went for a slightly more dramatic 2D set, and she absolutely loves them. We were both very pleased with our experience, and we will definitely be returning to Nami’s studio the next time we get our lashes done.

I had an amazing experience with Sam! She did an incredible job on my lashes, they didn't fall out at all. I even went onan 8-day vacation where I was in the water constantly, and my lashes still looked perfect. They lasted more than 30 days, and couldn't be happier. I absolutely love Sam's work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for long-lasting, beautiful lashes.

I recently had my third lash appointment at Nami's Academy, my lash experiences have been inconsistent. First appointment with Eleena: Great job, lashes lasted over a month in a humid climate. Second appointment: Disappointing, removed my review after the technician reached out on instagram. Third appointment with Karen: Worst experience yet. Paid $180 for lashes that hurt and fell off the next morning. As a licensed esthetician, I know the lashes were not applied correctly. Positives: Owner's husband and front desk staff were professional and amazing. Negatives: Need to improve technician selection. Unable to even touch my lashes due to discomfort. Dinara was amazing very gentle , quick, sweet , comfortable, not itchy at all I had a wonderful experience, my lashes look amazing. I chose the cat eye wispy look. Been coming to this place for years they never disappoint, the lashes last over a month. Very satisfied. Thank you Dinara 🥰
