Just got my first prenatal massage here💆‍♀️🤰 I must say I feel brand new! I've been feeling tight and sore lately. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and happy!! Catherine was confident, knowledgeable, and sweet! This was by far the best massage I've received! The warm sheets, and calming oils were really nice. The quick face and scalp massage was a nice surprise and very relaxing!! I highly recommend NAMASTE & Catherine. I'll definitely be back! :)

i got a facial and scalp massage with jaclyn and it was amazing! she was so kind and thorough and made me feel comfortable the whole time. i 10/10 recommend jaclyn for your facial and scalp massage needs. will definitely be retuning to see her again soon ☺️

Went for a 60 minute fusion massage with hot stones and scalp massage. Catiria did an incredible job. She made me feel comfortable with her open communication before and during the massage. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and will definitely be back!

Went for a couples massage on Valentine’s Day! Entire process was so easy from scheduling to the end of the massages themselves, - even a lovely treat of chocolate covered strawberries! We had Chloe + Catherine who were great at maintaining a calm environment while explaining everything to us newcomers. The first thing we said getting off the tables is we will definitely be coming back a few times a year! Thank you ! See you again soon!

This spa is a treasure. I have gotten different treatments and they are all superior to any other place I have been. The spa is clean, cozy, and the products are holistic and top notch. All the therapists are so kind , truly caring, and so supportive, intuitive, not to mention very skilled!! The Holistic Stress relief treatment was so relaxing that I almost forgot to put my pants on when I left the room. You must try Namaste, put the worries of the world aside and treat yourself..you will be glad you did.
