The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and she incorporates so many great elements into her sessions—Biomat, infrared light, cupping, hot stones—making each experience unique and effective. She truly focuses on problem areas, and I always leave feeling incredible (and smelling wonderful!). Highly recommend!

Today was my first massage and I was very impressed! This isn’t your typical “spa” massage. Heather provides very skilled techniques and is very educated on the human body. She debriefed with me after my massage and explained to me what specific muscles she worked on and plans for future treatment sessions. I have chronic back pain and have had many sports injuries in the past. I personally had the deep tissue massage and it was excellent. She also does many releases for various muscles. I liked how she explains what she is doing while she is treating you so you understand what is going on. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Heather does an amazing massage experience! The massage room is so peaceful and relaxing. She has this heated amethyst biomat that you lay on while getting a massage that adds such a benefit to your body. After flying across the country, I received a massage and laying on the biomat, I did not have any jet lag. I felt amazing after a day of travel. Heather does specific work to what she finds in your body and relieves that pain and stress. One of the best massages you will ever have! Highly recommend.
