I am writing to express how unhappy I am with my visit. This is my third time coming to treat the same issues but instead of removing old residual tattoo above my eyebrow my new microblading was removed leaving my eyebrows in terrible conditions. The area that needed to be treated was left untouched but my eyebrows are ruined. The same person performed treatment twice before and said she knew what to do. Instead my new microblading was removed and area that needed treatment was left untouched. I personally sent a few clients to this location with great recommendations but after my visit on Saturday I will never recommend this place.

Fatima is the most amazing aesthetician ever, I did laser Genesis and my skin looks so good. I highly recommend going to use her.

I recently had a dermaplane facial & eyebrow tinting with Kaitlyn. She suggested I have my eyelashes tinted and I’m so glad she did! She’s a very skilled and professional technician. I always enjoy our conversations. She has a very nice bedside manner and I find her to be very compassionate.

What a difference a lash lift & tint can make! Kaitlyn is hands down the best aesthetician out there! She explained each step as she was doing it, maintained great conversation, and made me feel so much better about myself when I looked in the mirror! I highly recommend her and I will definitely be back!
