I’m beyond frustrated with the poor quality of service I received — and this isn’t the first time. I gave this place another chance, and once again, they failed to meet even basic standards. I paid $50 for a pedicure and walked out with unevenly cut nails, streaky polish, and sloppily done work. There was polish all over my skin, and unbelievably, a fiber was stuck in the polish on my big toe. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unhygienic. It’s clear that they rush through services with no attention to detail, even though they charge premium prices. As a customer, I feel disrespected and completely ripped off.

Went in for gel refill and pedicure. She said she would do refill and next time I need a full set because prior nail tech did a terrible job on them. My nails look ok and I was charged $ 80 for a gel refill because my nails were thick from other salon. She did a normal gel refill and gel polish.. What? I asked why and she said they were thick and I needed one nail repair. What??? Never again. This place is crazy. Lol. They charge $70 for a full set. Maybe she used gold instead of gel. 🤣 BE WARNED ! No help from owner.

I got my nails done here twice and gave them 5-star reviews both times. After my second visit, one of my nails started to feel a bit loose after just two weeks. I really liked the color of the polish and wanted to keep it for another week. So, when I brought my friend there as a new customer to get her nails done, I politely asked if they could just add a bit of glue to fix that one nail. Their response was: 1. “Did you even get them done here? We don’t remember…” 2. “You need to redo all your nails!” I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. I will never go back, and I definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone again.

I had a great experience at NailZClub. Cindy was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The place was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. Even though my nails were a bit grown out, Cindy wasn’t judgmental at all. She was kind, had great conversation, and made me feel comfortable throughout. She did an amazing job shaping my nails, and they turned out perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend!

NailZ is a fantastic business. The shop is bright and clean. Everyone is friendly. My nails have been done by Sandy and also by Cindy, the owner, and both are amazing. The staff at the shop are genuinely kind people and I look forward to going. I am very hard on my nails, and the photo that I show is 10 days after they were done. Fantastic business.
