Nailworkz

They were overbooked and working more than one customer at a time. I asked for a gel polish but they gave me a quick dry. She had me under a drying fan for 25 min. The polish job was not worth a return trip. I included pictures with my review. When I showed her my nails before I left she said "that is fine, good bye". I told them it was my first time getting a manicure but got no guidance or help at all. I am not sure if it was because I was a man or if this is just how they do business.

Been going to Daphne for years. She is the best, and their prices are cheap. You can show her an inspo picture, and she will guide you with what shade to match.

I’m staying at the Nantasket Beach Resort for a wedding and stopped in Nailworkz for a manicure this afternoon. My nails and cuticles were a mess. Chewed them up flying to Boston on a long flight from LA. Katie the owner was wonderful. She gave me a wonderful gel manicure and was very accommodating when I walked in late after getting stuck in traffic coming from Logan. On top of excellent service and manicure, her associate drove me a half mile down the road to the resort after insisting it was too long to walk with my carry on. 🥹 run don’t walk to Nailworkz- you won’t be disappointed! They are truly wonderful people with a wonderful nail shop.

I wanted to love my manicure and pedicure, but a few things were not up to par. The Pedicure, chairs, and utensils were not cleaned in between clients. My gel dip had several rough edges, and when I was done with my nails did not even get lotion applied I actually had to do it myself.

I am truly saddened and disappointed to be leaving this review but I felt it was important enough for other patrons to be aware. *I also gave Nailworkz time to reach out to me prior to posting this* I developed cellulitis after receiving a pedicure from a nail technician named Kristin. I developed the infection after she cut my nail and it bled-causing her to apply nail solution to stop the bleeding. I did not say anything to her at the time since I had always had a good experience and figured these things happen from time to time. However, I did reach out to Kristin via text after going to the hospital/receiving IV & oral antibiotics and missing work. I did not want to cause a scene at the shop so I kindly texted her, notifying her of what happened. I was not accusatory, but rather, I wan
