Nailworks

I visited this nail salon expecting a standard professional service, but the experience was very disappointing. My nails were not properly prepped, and the application was done poorly. The nails were extremely thin and visibly crooked, which is unacceptable for a paid service. When I tried to address my concerns during the appointment, they were dismissed. I was repeatedly told to “come back when they break” instead of having the issues fixed correctly at the time. Given the quality of the work, I chose to stop the service early to avoid wasting time or ending up with damaged nails. At that point, I felt pressured to continue, and the technician became rude when I stood by my decision. First nail place I've been to since being in Cruces! Tony was great! No one was rude. It was a little dirty and old but they get the job done. I made sure to show a picture of what I wanted and ask how much. They were true to what they said. I'm only giving 3 stars since I don't know how long my gel nails will last. My photos were taken right after I got them done!

Went here with my mom. She got a pedicure and I got French tips. It only cost 60$ for both! Not bad for the price, i really loved my nails. Here they are at almost 3 weeks!

I did a walk-in to get my nails done, I wanted both hands and feet done. The older lady was very nice, but she made me feel uncomfortable, so I only got my hands done. Aside from that, the place was a bit dirty. They do have a large selection of nail polish, and the nail techs work fast! I am happy with my nails and the price.
