Quick shipping , if there is any delay , they will email or call to let me know . Been customer with this company for years and will keep shopping with them . Great price and promotion too .
Their customer service is great , I have my polish shipped broken , but they resolve the problem quickly , I just need to take a picture and send to them , they send a replacement for me within an hour . I understand that damages can happen during the transportation , but they resolve the problem quickly and professionally .
They cancelled my order because, apparently, they "don't ship nail color" even though their website sells nail polish.
Love their customer service !!!! Reply fast and very professional . I will definitely come back again .
