Best nail place in TN. I’ve been going for almost a year now and I love them. They are so kind when you walk in. They always execute exactly what I want which I guess is a little easier because I get the same thing every time but they do it wonderfully every time. My nails always come out so clean and so sharp. The staff is incredible. I love talking to them and getting to know them. I especially love Edwin. He is so funny and just a joy to be around. Definitely would recommend this place. After moving from LA I hadn’t found a place that was as good as back home until I found here.

I moved to TN from TX looking for someone who could do any style or design I wanted effortlessly and hopefully ease my drastic move here somewhat seamlessly. I am very particular about my nails, and When I found Donna here at NailVibe CoolSprings, she not only met my very particular preferences but she is prob the best person I've met out here. Sweet, professional and NEVER disappoints. I always walk out with a smile and get the utmost compliments when I'm out and about! Love her and she can take my money anytime!! Top tier Nail Tech! 🫶🏾

I can’t say enough great things about NailVibe in Franklin! Edwin and Donna are absolutely amazing and make every appointment so much fun. I’ve honestly never had a consistently good experience getting my nails done until I came here. They always execute exactly what I ask for without hesitation, but what really sets them apart is their creativity. A few times they’ve taken my inspiration pictures and somehow elevated them beyond what I imagined. The attention to detail and care they put into their work truly shows. The salon itself is very clean, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Everyone there, whether they’re working on you or not, is cheerful, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Havana… you slayed! I love my nails with the almond shape and the cat eye Moon #6. So cute! All staff members that I spoke to were super nice too. All around great experience!!

Donna is probably one of the best nail techs I have ever been too! She is talented and always does the designs perfectly no matter how outrageous!!
