100% RECOMMENDING Absolutely Outstanding Experience I had such an amazing experience at Nailtique, especially with KELLY. She truly went above and beyond. She took her time, SHE DID NOT RUSH A THING, paid attention to every detail, and made my nails look absolutely perfect — honestly some of the best work I've ever had done. What really stood out was her humble, kind customer service. She made me feel comfortable right away, EVEN WITH ME BEING COVERED IN TATTOOS, which meant a lot because I just moved here and was really nervous about trying a new salon. Another one of the women there even offered me water, tea and or Champagne, which just showed how welcoming and caring the whole staff is. We had amazing service and a glass of champagne! Our regular manicurist closed her salon for a month and we are going on a cruise so we needed help to find a great manicurist. I wrote 8 friends for recommendations on a salon to go to and 3 wrote back recommending Nailtique! What a treat. We needed 2 simultaneous appointments for my husband and I for Gel Mani-Pedi. We arrived and were immediately welcomed and went to our pedicure chairs and offered a glass of champagne. WOW Im loving this. Next I described a polish I had seen on Instagram. And they showed me an incredible collection of every gel color imaginable. I didn’t see what I wanted so I pointed to the chrome on the manicurist’s chair they immediately said oh you want Chrome and immediately got my chosen finish since it’s more a fini

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, and even after moving, I still drive back for my pedicures. I haven’t found a place that beats the service and quality of nailtique. I always leave with the best pedicures, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the service after all these years.

I did not have the best experience for my first time there, and do not feel that the service was worth what I paid for, so I will not be returning. I made an appointment for a Mani/Pedi. They were quite busy, taking about 20min to seat me, which I could understand considering they had almost every chair filled. The nail techs who completed my services were in a hurry, and I was handled as such, even being cut during my manicure. I didn't learn about their upgraded services until I was about an hour into my appointment, when my pedicure started. I've never been left to have my feet soaking in the water for that long amount of time, which of course eventually turned cold. In the end, I was left at the chair for my toes to dry with my service tickets next to me. I saw other techs walk those o
