I love this place. I wish I didn’t move away because if I could pick up this salon and take it with me I would. My girl is Kelly, but any of the techs are amazing. Always go with a regular though, I would pass on the temps. This salon has a variety of offerings, and the ladies are super nice! They are a big family and offer great prices and even a better service. I’ve gone to this salon for the better part of 2 years and wish I could go for the rest of my nail needs! Anytime I’m in town I’m making an appointment. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. These girls are GOOD AND BOOKED. Walking in can be tough, and honestly, it’s better to know when the pampering will be ❤️. Call, or online the appointment making is so simple. Quick. Easy. I have never hesitated to get something fixed or changed, but honestly

In all of the places I’ve lived in Ohio and gotten my nails done, I have never been so rudely treated by any person until this place. I had an appointment, walked in, was looked at by everybody working and not a single person said anything despite me at the check-in counter. I sat down and waited, and waited… and waited… I finally asked to speak to whoever was in charge to cancel my appointment and some little girl said “So you’re just leaving?” And laughed. Manners. Simple as that. Acknowledgment of another human being. Simple as that.

I’ve gone to this salon for over 2 years,the nail tech herself is a pleasant person. What I do not appreciate is this salon expects you to make appointments yet still take walk ins and they’re ALWAYS running 30-45 mins behind. I have asked when she’s running late which is always to just simply message me so I can run other errands. Nails are a luxury to me NOT a necessity so I do expect to be in that chair within 10 mins of said appointment. I’ve walked out twice when I realized how late she was,it’s just unacceptable to me
