Rushed, unsanitary, and rude I booked a 6:45 pm appointment and was rushed from the moment I sat down. The tech did not properly disinfect tools—she rinsed them with water and sprayed a bland “disinfectant,” which is not OK. She skipped the leg scrub, didn’t do my cuticles, and acted plainly rude when I asked. My nails look uneven and I left feeling uncomfortable about hygiene. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about cleanliness and basic service.

This was the best sns job i have ever gotten. While I think they did a great job on my nails my cuticles are so tender from my visit three days ago. I will definitely come back and ask them to be more gentle. I am obsessed with this orange. My friends nails came out great too.

My husband and I decided to go for pedicures last week. He had never had a pedicure and didn’t know what to expect. First of all the place was immaculately clean. Everything was wiped down and sprayed as soon as a customer got up. The pedicures were awesome. Our feet never looked so good! My husband and I decided that this is our new favorite thing and we’ll be going back every three or four weeks. I highly recommend this place.

I recently got a mani pedi here and they always do an amazing job. I accidentally hit my hand on something 2 days later and my whole nail cracked in half, I went back and they remembered the dip powder shade they used and immediately got to work. Three different nail techs worked on my nail for 1 hour and completely fixed it. they barely charged me and when I tried to tip generously they refused to accept it. One of my favorite salons, even after moving to queens I still come here after work days. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. I have been in many salons on 3rd avenue but this one is the worst so far. This salon doesn't have any standards. First time I tried them and got my pedicure about 4 weeks (today is 06/06/2022) ago and one of the girls did ok job, so I decided to give them another try but the lady who worked on my pedicure did it so fast I was surprised. And when I got home I had bleeding fingers and nails were cut not straight and not cleaned properly. Also I always ask to cut sides of my nail square so I won't get my nails growing into my skin and hurt, but this lady totally forgot about my request and decided to do it her way. I don't recommend this place to anybody, and only recommendation is to avoid this place. to bad I can't choose 0 stars for this comment.
