We walked inside for our appointment maybe 5 mins before time and the owner was standing behind the nail techs, with her side to us, facing the wall looking at a book, never acknowledged us until two of her employees said can I help u and got her attention. After speaking with her employee she never approached us, she only turned her head and looked at us as if "what do you want?" We informed her that we have an appointment. She said for what? After telling her what we were there for she turned back around and continued to read her book, the nail tech came over and asked us to pick out our colors. Like any business, it’s the people that make it great. I can’t speak for all the nail technicians, but this year I moved and after 15years with my same nail tech. I had to find a new place/person. I’m quite picky and I was recommended by a dear friend. For gel manicures or any specialty work on your nails, Jessica is your girl! I will not have anyone else touch my nails. She’s very thorough, polish is always perfect and you can tell she knows her work. For pedicure all are quite good, Angie is one I like best. I also enjoy the overall salon experience, comfortable chairs for pedicures, extremely clean, friendly staff, easy forms of payments and my absolute fav is being able to add a good neck massage during manicure from gentleman masseuse, I believe his name is Kevin but I could be wron

Perfect pedicure every time. Love to come to Nail Splash it is very clean, lovely staff very accommodating easy to get an appointment and utensils are all sterilized. I’ve been coming here for six years and wouldn’t go any place else.

I like them however they are a bit over priced but it's the area I suppose. I gave a 4 because they are inconsistent. I've been there 4 times now. Some times it's nice other days it's just ok. Depends on the staff. The staff are very professional and welcoming so I like that.

Came in on Friday morning and was slightly surprised to see quite a bit of people getting manicures. Would definitely suggest making an appointment before coming in just in case. I opted to get gel French tips which overall took about 30-45 minutes. You can request to use a different color than white and it is the same charge. The tools used seemed to be pretty clean and I did see sterile equipment available. The chairs are pretty comfy and if you're getting a pedicure, the chairs have built in massagers in them. Overall, tips cost me $50, which seems to be a fair price for gel and good, clean service. The boss was very friendly and welcoming, would love to come back again if I'm looking to get something done.
