If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this nail salon at all costs. I’ve experienced bad nail services in Miami but nothing as horrible as this. I made an appointment for a gel X manicure and a gel pedicure with chrome. Upon arriving the salon seems confused at what chrome was which should’ve been my cue to leave. Also, there were no customers when I got there yet they changed my appointment and made me waste an additional 45 minutes of my day. No customers should have been my second cue to leave. When I began my services, my gel X was done in a timely manner however, my pedicure took 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete and the result was laughable. After 2 1/2 to 3 hours of sitting on a chair on a Sunday I was ready to leave as soon as I could pay. Once I got into my car I noticed how horrible

Jackson is so meticulous and hands-on and really cares about your experience in the salon as well as your final results the shape is stunning the paint is also perfect, the lovely lady who did my toes was also amazing providing hospitality and amazing shape on my toes that no other salon was able to do

I always have a great experience at NailSpa Wellness Miami Center. Ryan, Joyce, and Jackson are all extremely professional and always respectful. Jackson always does an amazing job with my nails — I’m never disappointed with his work. Joyce does my pedicures and she does them perfectly every time, very detailed and relaxing! Ryan is always respectful and makes sure I feel comfortable and welcomed. The whole team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their clients. I highly recommend this place!

Joyce and the manager were amazing. The accommodations they provided to my daughter and I made the 1st time experience much more memorable. Joyce took her time and did not get upset when my daughter would move a little. Joyce engaged in conversations with my daughter and I; which made the process much more personable. Joyce is honest and will let you know if she can or can’t. She’ll provide you with alternatives but she will still attempt to give you what you want. She cared about my daughter. The atmosphere is very clean, calming and welcoming. Thank you for making my daughter 1st time experience a special experience.

NailSpa Miami Wellness Center is hands down one of the best nail salons in Miami. The salon is clean, modern, and very relaxing, and the staff is extremely professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The technicians take their time, pay attention to detail, and truly care about the quality of their work. Their manicures and pedicures always last, the cuticle work is excellent, and the polish application is flawless. Pricing is very fair and transparent, especially for the level of service you receive. You can tell they value consistency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
