Came in for a hybrid fill in… asked how much, the hostess pointed to sign. $45. I had a broken nail that just needed glue additional $5. Why is my total $65… more than the original full set…and my nails look lumpy and rough. I asked a few times about the difference in price and why was it not brought to my attention before completion. No manager available. Very dissatisfied and disappointed Update: Went back and spoke with the owner.. without question or hesitation she got a different tech to address my issue with my nails and I am so pleased. I didn’t mention being over charged just wanted them right . Amazing, so natural looking and pretty. Many compliments. So Friday I went to get my nails done and mind you I’ve been here before. So Friday they put me with Mary and I advised her she was being too rough on my cuticles. She advised me “your cuticles are bad” so again I advise her she is being too rough. So at this point I don’t want you touching my nails because regardless if my cuticles are bad I’m a paying customer and you’re being rough. So I go to Lisa who did an amazing job and I advised her not to be rough and she listen and asked me how I felt. Henry did my eyebrows they look amazing. Fast forward to 2 hours later my cuticles hurt and swallow and I have an event to attend. Lisa and Henry thank you for the amazing job but it only takes one person to spoil it. I will never come back due to that experience that Mary provided.

What I showed vs. what I got! Lucy is my nail tech and she did a shape change here. I love her work and I love this shop. Their price is so affordable, their pedicures are top tier, if you need brows, it’s a promise you’ll love them! Owners are super sweet! It’s a whole side dedicated to pedicures. Try em out! Been coming for years now.

If you have trouble feet. Thick toe nails, discoloration. Ask for Margo. She is a miracle worker. And makes you feel very comfortable. She will take her time and very professional. Tip her well she deserves it. ❤️ But she doesn’t work weekends.

My favorite nail spot but they have let things goo. Multiple massage chairs not working and out of order. We pay too much money not to have a full running nail salon 😒 I hope things get better soon.
