nailsaloon (Logan Circle)

I was visiting DC for the weekend and was in need of a builder gel refresh! I booked an appt online and Ozzy did an amazing job! She was so thorough, gentle, and meticulous. I really appreciated all of the thoughtfulness they put into each experience! Would highly recommend!

Had great service, they just make you get up before dry. This happened when I moved from my seat. Then I had to wait for someone else to fix it. Added photos after correction: they let me stay in chair to dry after correction

I used to love this place. I don’t know what’s happened in the past two years but it’s really gone downhill. I came for a simple gel removal and regular speedy mani. She was very aggressive with the drill, to the point that it was causing me pain and discomfort. She created a huge cut on my thumb that is still bleeding hours later. The nail shapes are not all almond between my two hands, and with my nails being long, there was no reason she couldn’t have got the shape right. I come here for convenience only, and hope every-time that my bad experience is one-off. Almost every time, I’m disappointed and the price point feels ridiculous for the experience. I can’t recommend this place to my friends anymore, this is not the NailSaloon I used to love.

I went here for the first time with high expectations but I left disappointed. Apart from the assembly line mentality my nail tech was clearly inexperienced and had to shave off part of my gel manicure multiple times because it came out uneven. Despite a valiant attempt to save the manicure, my nails came out lumpy and the color inconsistent. After 4 days two nails have chipped. Sometimes the hype is just that... will not be going back

I did like the manicure but I didn't know i was gonna get charge 40 dollars for a regular manicure REGULAR they should let people know first, I pay 15 regular in nyc, yes they do good job they give u a massage,scrub, hot towel and beverages but I don't need all that just clean and paint
