I guy started my pedicure, barely did any work on my feet!! There was a girl getting her nails done when I walked in, for 54.00 that was the worst experience I ever had getting a pedicure!! Never again!! It took him all of 35 minutes to give me a complete pedicure??? What a waste of my hard earned money!!

I’ve been going there for a while, I had a great experience every time! It is a family owned small business and they’re hard workers!

Hadn’t had a set in a while and haven’t had many in her general. The tech was nice enough but I didn’t feel like my actual nails were prepped properly. I was told one price then it went up $9. Ok that’s fine, I was relatively happy when I walked out but noticed the fill between my nail and the acrylic looked like I had already had growth. They are also very uneven. It’s been one week and I’ve had multiple lift or fall off and it looks like I’ve had them for weeks. Place could’ve been a bit cleaner as well. I wanted to be happy and come back but I think I will try some other places.

I have been going to Ms Kim for years, when her shop was across from Giant Eagle. I moved away for 15 years and finally found her again. She does such a great job on my feet, strongly recommend. Went to them all around town not impressed, found Ms Kim and now only go to this shop.

Not sure why the ratings are average. My experience was wonderful. I think this business is run by a husband and wife. It could get backed up when it is busy, but it has never been unmanageable when I have been there. Super thorough and very very gentle.
