Nails XP

I went as a walk in and asked if they had time they said yes. The did a horrible job and in the middle of my appointment he stopped and ask me to get up to take another walk in I know this because I herd her ask if anyone was available. I sat there for 1 hour waiting if he wasn't half way through I would have left, Terrible Service!

I went to them about 2 weeks ago to remove gel polish. The polish was breaking my nails and I wanted to take it off so my nails could prosper. Long story short they destroyed my nail beds... They used a filling tool and left my nail beds looking like craters, they never told me of another option. My nails aren't growing and are continuously breaking, I have never had to cut my nails this short. This was such a horrible experience I didn't recommend going there. But if you must, make sure they don't use those tools on you!

So you know how you look at reviews and wonder if people are exaggerating? lol.. this is literally the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My technician didn’t speak English and had to get another customer to translate. She used five coats of paint (it’s already starting to smush.) the staff are not friendly or helpful. I was quoted $59 on the phone and it was $79 at checkout. Stay away from this place.

Carlos is awesome! He has such a good eye for color. He was able to match my toes perfectly. His hand massage is seriously the best. Perfect place to go for a mani pedi.

First time I went here I asked for dip powder and they put gel on my nails. I went again and then I asked for dip powder again, and they put the wrong color on my nails. The same day there cash register stopped working they asked me for cash and then they tell me their ATM is broken. So I Zelle, her and the woman working tells me she didn’t get it even though it was confirmed in a text message sent to her phone. She told me I needed to send the money again.
