I used to LOVE this place chose to revisit today and my nails are HORRIBLE! Uneven, polish has bubbles in it, I ask for rounded squares and got square, the acrylic at my cuticles have is very sloppy, nail placement is crooked, he (Tony) didn’t clean up around the nails beds or my fingers afterand my 10 yr old daughter could’ve done a better paint job! I’m very disappointed! They certainly reminded me why I stopped going, services are beyond bad!

This place looks nice but they rushed my nails. The lady left my nails to do someone's feet which I didn't really care about. But she never came back the guy came over and had to fix my one nail. Because my coffin nails on my right hand were all round. For my polish she could have went over my nails at least one more time. But she didn't nor did he, he put clear polish on my nails after fixing them. Which made everything worse. My nails now have bubbles on them which I HATE and when the lady polished them she didn't clean them up. When he applied the clear polish he missed the corner of ALL MY NAILS. So now my nails are bubbly and half covered. My grandma wasted her money on our nails her nails were also done poorly by another lady. $100 down the drain do not go here. Also forgot to add sh

Never again I have visited this shop before and Henry did my pedi which came out great! This time I got a pedi it was a mess my 8 year old niece would’ve did a better job and for $53 dollars didn’t get the massage chair, toenails didn’t get clipped, polish and gel on my skin and had to sit back down for it to be fixed just as worst as first time as he finished no lotion or anything!!!!! I would not recommend this place unless u can get an appointment with Henry.

This is the dirtiest nail shop i've ever been to. They are rude here and it also smells bad. The service is bad. Everything is just bad. I would never recommended 'Nails USA' to anyone in a lifetime.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Hienn, the younger girl did her nails. It was 90 DOLLARS. Never have a i ever paid that much for a set, and all she got was a basic french tip! i took my daughter here for her sophomore homecoming nails. She gets her nails done very often and never ever complains. This set was BY FAR the worst. Chunky, the wrong shape, wrong size, terrible! We ended up going to a whole new salon and getting a soak off and new set. If you are looking for a REAL salon that charges way less go to Angel Nail Spa In greentree! They did an amazing job fixing whatever this salon did.
