Nails TLC ( UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT )

I came in today for an acrylic fill-in and unfortunately had the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I asked how much it would be of the same color with no top coat and was told $25. Later the nail tech told me I had actually gotten something other than acrylic last time (despite me asking for acrylic) and the fill-in would be $30. Sure. We begin, and I ask for him to shorten my nails a little. This is when the first issue happened. The tech drilled my nails very short, but to completely different lengths for each nail, and at crooked angles. I point this out and I told him I prefer the edges tapered slightly when they are that short since they can look boxy, and he says this is ‘just the initial shape’ and he’ll refine it. I Went into the nail salon on a Sunday, as I walked in I was greeted and seated down immediately. I initially thought I wanted acrylic nails but actually decided to keep them natural. I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. My tech name was peter. He was very friendly and professional. Staff also offered me a complimentary beverage and I decided to have bottled water while sitting. Very nice setting.

Great customer service, conversation, environment, attitudes, and overall experience. I get exactly what I ask for each time and leave feeling amazing. Very flexible with their hours and extremely friendly. This business should get a 20 out of 20! So grateful I came across this salon.

I came in for a gel manicure and was immediately greeted and seated. All the staff were very welcoming, sociable, and professional. I received a manicure that was very detailed in cleaning my nails and also very identical to the inspo picture I showed them. I also noticed the cleanliness of how they use their tools and keep the salon. I would definitely recommend.

This Under New Management Nails TLC is absolutely horrible. I paid $64 for a simple gel nails no tips and it started chipping within 3 to 4 days. I went back to get it fixed for three nails and the rude manager there now said that no they could not fix it nowhere and no other nail shop ever fixes their mistakes for free. I told him for as much money as I paid my nails are supposed to last at a minimum for 3 weeks. I told him nowhere have I gone in my nails have not lasted three to four weeks at a minimum. He was rude and I don't know where the original owner of this shop is now but I'm done here. I have been coming here since my daughter was in 7th and 8th grade she is 27 years old now.
