I use to go to nails time all the time, but I eventually stopped going because of an experience I had with an employee (Sam) about two years ago. I told him how I wanted a nail design and he was very rude and told me it would not look good and he was just being very rude the whole time he even made a comment about my hair tie on my wrist & how it was bothering him, So I stopped going. I decided to give the salon a chance again as it had been about two years since my last bad experience. I asked for simple pink tip design as you can see in first photo and the next couple of photos are what I got. I realized after I left that nail polish was left on the side of my nails and the arrows were even uneven on my fingers, it was so bad. (My nails were also way too short) So I went back in to get t

Always great service and walk-ins are welcome. If they have a long wait they will let you leave and come back without losing your spot in line. I just get gel pedicures and sometimes manicures here. My daughter gets beautiful flowers painted on her nails and they are efficient here too. So glad I stumbled on this place!

My first time here was not great at all will not be a returning customer. As we walked in there were NO CUSTOMERS , red flag there. Anyways, I went to get a manicure and pedicure and my daughter got a manicure. Started off with pedicure, I wasn’t offered anything no menu, no color book, nothing. I wasn’t asked what I wanted just rushed and started to work on my feet I had to ask do I get to choose what type of pedicure I wanted. Then when he begin to clip and clean my toenails I noticed he didn’t take the tools out of a sanitized bag so I don’t know if those were sanitary or not so I had him stop the pedicure. My manicure was not ok again very rushed and honestly even hurt. Two days after I left my cat eye manicure started peeling and chipping not happy at all because he even charged me fo

Went to get acrylics removed and my sister went first, the lady who was doing her nails the OWNER did NOT soak her nails and just clipped them off and dug under them with her own nails to try and pop them off. She clipped off a piece off of my sisters finger when clipping and it kept bleeding and she tried cleaning it with a towel full of the acrylic total safety HAZARD. She was cutting corners to get her out of there fast. However when doing my moms nails the lady DID soak her nails she cut corners with my sister who is young a literal child because she thought she was stupid enough not to notice she wasn’t following proper procedure. MIND YOU this lady is the OWNER!! Asked for a manicure and left with acrylic still in my moms skin and nails which can cause contact dermatitis.

The man that did my nails did amazing. But the reason it's not 5 starts is because the environment is not clean. Or covid safe. They use the previous supplies from the other person. No new supplies are used. No supplies are disinfected. No plastic screens are used while doing your nails. A lady did not have her mask on and no one from staff said anything to her. My nails were amazing tho. Just wished it was more clean.
