I don’t make a habit of complaining, however I feel this is necessary. I had two services during my visit with Nancy. Facial waxing and a dipping manicure. Manicure was rushed, skipped layers and didn’t dry properly. When I got home I noticed there were spots on each nail where the color hadn’t been applied properly and appeared faded. My nails weren’t properly dried, ( since she was clearly in a rush ) so there were tiny little marks all over the top layer. Size of each nail varied, and don’t even get me started on my cuticles! Lol Waxing was a complete waste of money. Didn’t pull the hair out at all. Out $90. My fault for deviating from my regular manicurist.

Took my 16 year old daughter for an mani/pedi before we left for holiday. I appreciated being able to make an appointment online. They did a very nice job and was able to do the nail art my daughter requested. The only complaint was that we were definitely rushed (we were there a total of one hour), but it was the day before Christmas Eve so sure that had something to do with it. Prices were reasonable. Will return!

NEVER GOING BACK. I booked an online appointment with a friend to go get our nails done. On the website, acrylic nails cost $40, and adding a design costs $5. I wanted nails with a simple design, and I didn’t think that it would take a very long time. They did a nice job in the beginning, but two people walked in without an appointment and we were stuck sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting for Cindy and Nancy to come back. Finally they came back and rushed through the nails, and cut both of our fingers with the grinding tool they use. The cuts were open and bleeding and have still not healed fully. There were also disgusting nail scraps all over the chair and floor, and inside the blue light nail lamp, it was wet and full of glue. I still can’t get the glue off. They misshaped many o
