Dulce is the best, she has been my nail tech for some years before she came here. I’m so glad to be back with her. She always has my nails looking amazing.

I absolutely love coming to Tiki! Shelia is extremely professional, and her lashes are AMAZING, always flawless and long-lasting. An incredibly terrible and completely unprofessional experience. The technician at every step was doing a terrible job on my nails. I tried to stop and ask for help when she was messing up. I was cut, scraped, and had my raw skin filed with a nail file and machine. They still did nothing as this was unfolding and then, the added insult was that instead of removing my previous gel properly, she shredded up my nail bed and then just painted over it so the polish is completely uneven. This was the final straw and the person at the front indicated that I could get a $5 discount and just not use that person anymore in the future. I’ve been coming to the shop almost 2 years and I want to keep supporting, but the qualify has go down too much that I won’t be returning. They had a newer staff who did not appear to be trained in basic pedicure skills. My wife went to get her toes done and was cut very badly by the man who sitting at front row doing her toes. He made her bleed. This is very upsetting because my wife has been in a lot of pain for the past few days. Quite shameful.

I called the shop to make an appt. for my mom, appt. was made and confirmed. When Mom gets there they act like no appt was made, furthermore their customer service is horrible. They made mom feel she was an inconvenience and a problem. She ended up leaving and going to another nail shop. Just based off the reviews I can tell this is a nail shop you wouldn't recommend to any one. Do better, you are not the only nail shop in the area!!!!
