Nails @ Tiffany's

The people that work here do an excellent job! They're so friendly, visit with you and enjoy hearing their customer's stories. They just do a wonderful job at pedicures/leg and feet massage and a person walks away feeling refreshed. Thank you.

Today was my first visit to this salon and I was not impressed by the tech I had. I had a Luxury Pedicure, the process was lovely and my skin feels great but after getting home I realized my toenails look awful. The tech used a drill to remove previous gel polish but did so sloppy, leaving them and left my nails lumpy and bumpy. My toenails are crooked and jagged. I'm so glad I didn't pay $20 extra for gel polish because I've been cleaning polish off my cuticles and skin, she missed edges of a few nails. I could have done a better job myself. This wasn't worth $60 *update- and now I have an ingrown toenail... I never get ingrown toenails!

I've been coming here for almost 8yrs, I've never had a bad experience here, the whole staff is always friendly and professional, I usually come in every 2 months with my mom when I'm on time off from driving otr. My nails are always perfection from my pedicures to my acrylic nails and they usually last until I get back home 2 months later. Pictures are some of nails that they've done for me over the past 7yrs I would highly recommend this place.

We have given this salon a lot a business but I will not any longer. During my pedicure, the guy kept nicking the side of my toes with the drill. I also presented a picture for a full set of nails, the lady said they could do it. It was of a simple pumpkin design on one nail and gold stripes on another. I always ask if it’s something that can be done before we start so if I need to pick something else I can. They get to the nail with a pumpkin and couldn’t do it, it looked nothing like a pumpkin so I ended up having to leave it blank. I go to check out and she charged me for a manicure on top of my full set price!! Three pedicures, a full set, kids nail painted, and then she adds on a manicure price for cleaning up my cuticles before putting on my full set. Pissed off is an understatement.

Edit: I've called to speak with Tiffany once a week, every week, since i posted this originally. I keep getting hung up on immediately or told there is no Tiffany and then hung up on. This company is awful. The end. Simple manicure with no upgrades. Once I said no to the upgrade push the manicurist became much more forceful. After I paid (before the polish) she became much less pleasant and careful. The results were similar to what my children can do. See attached photos. I hope the rest of the staff has better results.
