Horrible service! Never busy and the wait is horrendous. I went to get a soak off and they used a new nail tip to rip my nails off instead of a soak off. My nails were bruised and all messed up. I just know they still use mma acrylic.

Tracy is by far one of the best nail techs I’ve been to I’ve been going to her 2+ years and she always delivers. She is very detailed oriented very clean and efficient and is always able to deliver any design that I’ve asked for. She is super friendly and nice and always adds her own personal touch to each set. Try her out you will not be disappointed!🙂

This salon is open 7 days a week, Walk ins are welcome but I definitely recommend calling ahead and making an appointment because they are very busy. I liked how hygienic everything was and that they use a liner for the pedicure tubs. They offer several different types of pedicures, I had the lemon and it was fabulous, they actually squeeze fresh lemon juice on your legs and feet and the scrub made my feet so smooth. They use a leg rest here that I’ve never seen anywhere else that was very comfortable so you don’t have to hold your leg up. The prices are very affordable. They also do eyebrows here.

Terrible..Same day images of my nails serviced. I let him know they were to bulky and to close to the cuticle and not properly filed and he kept saying he would fix it. So disappointed, my day was really busy so i decided to come back to get them fix rather than staying another 1-2. When I came back and told them they where already chipping where it was to close to my cuticles. They decided to give me the same person, even after I've complained and let them know I obviously wasn't happy with his work. Yes they be fix for free but again I wasn't happy with his work so why take another chance and over file my nails more and waste my time and be unhappy again. Smh, I would have perferred someone else but they couldnt because they were to busy. And this is just a simple french.

I used to go here for a couple months but I had to stop.. theyre all so rude and only 2 people in there can actually even do good work.. the last time I went the man was extremely rude, made comments about my feet and tried to over charge me $90 for my toes but I was with my friend right beside me getting the SAME EXACT THING for $40!!! I had to check him to get a proper price and he was still very rude. Julia and I think the other guy is her husband are very arrogant and not pleasant at all. None of them are the customer service is terrible.. I recommend alchemist nails in the mall for GOOD service!!!
