Nails Spa

The bald guy did my nails & they are so bumpy & already look like they need a fill & I just left the place. He ripped my toe divider off my foot & my toenail polish on my left pinky toe was ruined. My big toe on the right somehow got smudged. He did my nails in less than 15 minutes, he was in such a rush & it really shows. However the lady next to me was treated like royalty because she’s a regular & tips. Disappointed by this experience & will not be getting my nails done here again.

I'm so disappointed with my nails I went in for a mani and pedi. I got a gel polish on my toes and the pedicure was okay but my Acrylic nails are awful they are bumpy, uneven I asked for square with a tapered French tip and I provides a picture. My nails were rushed and they are incredibly uneven with no taper

I wasn’t going to leave a review however, if I don’t speak up means I accept these behaviors, treatment and services. A waste of my time. I went in for a mani and pedi. First the pedicure jet was nasty!! 🤮 Secondly, I asked for a lighter pink polish and was told because of the color of my skin the color would be too light for my complexion. I want what I ask for !! Thirdly, I never received a proper pedicure or manicure. They gave me the illusion of being serviced but never did they push back cuticles, clean around my nail bed nothing was in the tools as they pretend to clip around my nails. I can’t make this up!! My feet were in the water 20 mins. The lady (I think she was the manager she sat in the first chair) came over filed my toenails and polished my toes and was done! The same wh

They don't have consecutive times they operate. I attempted to get my nails done during their listed business hours, no one was there. When I do get my nails done I like how accommodating they are- I'm a long time customer... One thing that I don't like - when they lost water in that strip they tried to maintain service hours then with no water. An employee came in with jugs of water to run some services. What services I don't know!

I've been getting my nails done here for over 3 months and I continue to return because I'm pleased with the service. I get a fill in with gel polish every 2 weeks and a pedi and eyebrow wax once a month. I have yet to be disappointed and will continue to use them.
