My first time visiting this nail salon and I was in a rush to get a pedicure the day before my trip. I should have known nothing good would come of this visit, when the nail artist started doing my pedicure in her lap. No water , no soak NOTHING. After finishing my feet she informed me I was charged $135 for them to apply acrylic to my toes (no spa pedicure was received as she did my feet in her lap) . After informing the nail artist that I think I may have been overcharged because i’ve never paid that much for just feet in my life , her husband then began to barricade the door and threaten to call the police.As me questionin

Hesitant to say services were provided as they did not meet the minimum standard for professional nail services. I am experienced with nail salon services, and I have never had such a dismal experience. At one point I thought it may have been a taped social experiment to see what a customer would tolerate. I took notes thinking someone would come out at the end laughing letting me know it was all a set up and ask for my perspective. Sadly, oddly, disappointingly this was not the case. Even worse, I had to pay for two pedicures that really were truly not salon quality pedicures. Tell me, have you had a good $55 pedicure that lasted 12 minutes? And without nail polish... Lisa always takes such good care of me! I’ve been going to no one else since trying this place! Wanted a place close to home in OV and had been driving out to VB before. She has always knocked my nails out of the park 🥰 I won’t go to anyone else again!

I've been coming here for a couple years and won't go anywhere else! Miss Lisa always pays attention to detail and has helped me to naturally grow my nails out longer. Such a great family and business.

This dip cost $75! Even if it was the best in the world, which it clearly is not, you don't charge $75 for a dip. To make matters worse, she burned my nails and finger tips filing!
